Match the Diwa Wow profile name to the payer before you send
The adult on the profile and the adult on the UPI handle should already be the same person. Do not send money to force the names to agree. This margin cannot see a transfer.

- Confirm the profile name Before any transfer.
- Use a payer in that same name Already, not after the fact.
- Submit one request Then stop.
- Read history If the screen closes.
- Contact in-app support with the reference Never with your PIN.
